Let me tell you a story.
Before I started my campaign, I was a Tejano musician. I played around the country for 30 years, and I even won 2 Latin GRAMMYs. My music fans recognize me when we’re on the road for the campaign, and I always stop to talk to them and take pictures.
A little while back, I was holding a fundraiser at a restaurant. One of the waitstaff working the event gave me a money order for $10 to support the campaign.
Our message resonated so much that this person took the time to go to H-E-B, buy a money order, and bring it back to the restaurant, all to be a part of our movement. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me:
These are the people who supported my career in music. Now, they’re supporting my campaign for Congress. This is my community.
They deserve someone who will be a voice for them in Washington.
No matter how much you give, every penny goes directly toward that goal — ads, campaign events, and door-knocking.
