I told you

I have a very short post for you today.

I told you I’d leave my music career behind to run for Congress.

I told you I’d perform at quinceañeras when my opponent treated our culture like a punchline.

I told you we’d turn a district Trump won by 18 points into a toss-up.

We’ve done all three.

But as we close out the first weekend of early voting in Texas, our campaign is still a few contributions short of the donor goal we set.

I can’t just leave my team hanging here, so I’m officially lowering my ask to just $3.

Will you pitch in even $3, or more if you’re able, to help us recruit more organizers, air more ads, and stay on track to flip the seat Nate Silver calls the #1 tossup in America?

DONATE

Thanks a lot. Muchas gracias.
