One Week
Today is one week from Election Day, and Sabato's Crystal Ball just changed their rating of our race from “Toss-Up” to “Leans Democratic.”
I’m still trying to wrap my head around how we got here.
The odds are still moving in our favor in a district Trump won by 18 points, but it’d be a big mistake to pull back now. Chip in now to help us build on our momentum and flip this seat in South Texas:
The Saturday before early voting opened, I played the last concert of my career. Two days later, I voted for myself for Congress.
One night I’m on stage in my hometown saying goodbye, and the next I’m casting a ballot in the biggest race of my life.
Unreal is the only word for it.
Early voting in Texas ends in three days, and every ballot cast before then is one we don’t have to chase on Election Day.
We’re running out of time to take the steps we need to flip TX-15 and the House along with it.
So here’s my plan: ads that answer the attacks, organizers knocking on doors across the district, calls to voters so the other side’s ads don’t drown us out, and rides to the polls for anyone who needs help getting there.
Thank you,
Bobby
